During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the cozy and comfortable rooms, which were equipped with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to the beach and several shops and restaurants. the hotel also offered a shuttle service which was a plus.
The breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing. the towels were thin and scratchy, and the room service response was slow.

Convenient location, availability of standard rooms even during peak season, staff not intrusive, affordable prices.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The location of the hotel is well situated close to many attractions, and the staff are welcoming. the rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms, and the breakfast is decent. the view outside the window is not pleasing.
The casino and karaoke facilities are outdated and in need of maintenance.

During peak season, I struggled to find a place to stay but thankfully, I found this hotel. The staff didn't bother me but were available when needed. The hotel facilities were adequate and my room was clean. The location was convenient and transportation was readily available.

The food here was amazing, it offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I especially loved the seafood selection and the prices were very affordable. The location was also convenient as it was within walking distance from our hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they made us feel welcomed. Another great aspect was the speed of service, our food arrived promptly.
Although the food was great, the atmosphere of the restaurant was not as expected. The seating arrangements were cramped and uncomfortable.
